Low temperature slow-cooked sirloin steak with grilled shallots and candied onion soup

Ingredients:
Sirloin steak
600 Alexis cold steak
20 Haosheng Indonesian sweet soy sauce,
salt
pepper
Caramelized onion soup
6 white onions , large , cut into rounds ( keep the rings intact )
20 ml vegetable oil
1 liter chicken broth
1 liter water
10 g kudzu powder
salt
Roasted shallots
12 onions
50 ml olive oil
Method practice:
- Preheat the water temperature of the low-temperature slow cooker to 65⁰C .
- To make onion soup , peel the onion , cut horizontally into round 1 inch thick onion rings and keep them unchanged. Use a brush to lightly grease both sides of the onion round slices and sprinkle with a little salt. Lay the onion round slices flat on the bottom of a pan. In small gently to dark brown , then turn over , and cook , until the other side is also saccharification. - To make grilled sirloin steak: season the steak with salt and pepper. - Remove the cooked steak from the vacuum bag and marinate in sweet soy sauce. Use a frying pan or charcoal stove to grill the steak . Serve on each side for 4 minutes.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on the boiled green onions, add them to the charcoal grill, and roast them until light golden brown.
- Cut the grilled sirloin steak into four pieces. In 4 soup bowls , pour one-quarter saccharified onion soup , top with a slice of steak and three roasted shallots, and serve.
